Application troubleshooting

I cannot add, update, or return to the previous version of an application
Try performing the following actions:
Verify that your BlackBerry® device is connected to the wireless network.
Verify that your device has enough memory to add or update the application.
A third-party application is not working as expected
If you are trying to use a third-party application that was not designed for BlackBerry® devices with a touch screen, you can turn on compatibility
mode to allow the application to work on your device. When you use an application in compatibility mode, you must use your device in portrait
view. If an application requires a keyboard, the SureType® keyboard appears.
To turn on compatibility mode for a third-party application, try performing one of the following actions:
On the Home screen, highlight the application. Press the Menu key. Click Compatibility Mode.
On the Home screen, click Options. Click Advanced Options. Click Applications. Highlight the application. Press the Menu key. Click
Compatibility Mode.
To turn off compatibility mode, repeat the steps that you performed to turn on compatibility mode.
