Use the headphones volume control to increase the sound level (only when use as a wireless
headphone).
The audio signal input level is too low. Increase the volume from the audio source of Hi-Fi, CD, or
TV, etc.
The connected audio/video equipment may not be in playback mode. Start playback on by the
equipment.
The headphones output level is set too low. Adjust the volume to a suitable level.
DISTORTION
Restart the Pairing process. Press the "Pair" button on the transmitter and the headphones for
3secs. The process is finished when both LEDs flash blue.
The headphone's batteries may be too low. Recharge the batteries.
Ensure that the volume knob setting is correct.
The headphones may be too far away from the transmitter.
The audio signal input level may be too low. Increase the volume from the audio source of Hi-Fi,
CD, or TV, etc.
WARNINGS
Battery:
Never use another type of battery to replace the rechargeable batteries. When the headphones
are not in use, switch OFF the headphones to avoid damaging the batteries.
The batteries must be fully charged when using for the first time. An initial 5 hours charge is
required to guarantee an acceptable service life for the rechargeable batteries. Always ensure
that the headphones are switched to the OFF position while the batteries are charging.
Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
Keeping the device out of the reach of small children:
The packing products and the plastic bags for the accessories are not toys.
The bag itself and those small fittings inside can cause suffocation. Do not attempt to
disassemble the device. No parts embedded can be replaced or repaired by users.
Only authorized dealers or maintenance centers can disassemble this product. For issues with
any parts including normal wear, break, or damages, please contact your dealer.
Keep the product away from rain or other liquids.
