The PFAFF 1181-D and 1183-D are totally maintenance-free and run without any
oil.

Whenever it is necessary to refill the re-

servoir, tilt back the machine and let it
rest on the sewing head support.
Fill oil through hole 1 into the reservoir 2

up to the level of the front edge (see ar-
row).
