NETTOYAGE DU RÉSERVOIR À POUSSIÈRE
Afin d'obtenir un rendement supérieur, videz le réservoir à poussière après
chaque utilisation.
1. Tirez sur la
coupelle à
poussière en la
tirant directement
du côté. (Fig. 7)

2. Videz la
poussière
de la coupelle.
(Fig. 8) Si désiré,
rincez à l'eau
pour nettoyer la
coupelle mais
séchez
complètement
avant de remettre
dans la
balayeuse.
ATTENTION:
Ne mettez pas l'appareil en marche pendant que vous le
nettoyez. Ne nettoyez pas l'appareil pendant qu'il se
charge.
CHARGEMENT DE VOTRE BALAYEUSE SANS FIL
1. Branchez la fiche du chargeur dans la prise de chargement située à l'arrière de la
balayeuse. Branchez l'adaptateur de chargement dans la prise murale (120 V, 60
Hz). Utilisez seulement le TechWorld AD-1215-UL8. (Fig. 10)
2. Cette balayeuse sans fil est alimentée par des piles ni-cad. Ces piles doivent être
chargée durant un minimum de 20 heures avant la première utilisation.
3. Lorsque vous rechargez l'appareil, le bouton On/Off
doit être à la position « Off ».
4. Le témoin de chargement sur le dessus de
la balayeuse clignote pour indiquer
qu'elle se charge.
5. Pour recharger, répétez l'étape 1 ci-dessus.
La durée de chargement dépend de la quantité
d'utilisation entre les charges.
Remarque
: Votre balayeuse est à la fine pointe de la technologie et dispose de
commandes électroniques qui optimisent son pouvoir nettoyant et sa durée de vie.
Veuillez lire les instructions suivantes attentivement afin de vous assurer que
toutes les fonctions sont utilisées pour assurer un meilleur rendement.
1. Lors du chargement de la balayeuse, le témoin de chargement est vert constant.
2. La balayeuse empêchera les piles d'être trop déchargées en faisant clignoter les
témoins de vitesse.
3. Replacez le réservoir à poussière sur la
balayeuse sans fil.
4. Retirez périodiquement le couvercle de
la brosse du devant de la balayeuse
sans fil et éliminez toute accumulation
de peluche, cheveux ou fibres de la
brosse rotative. Pour retirer le
couvercle : agrippez-le du bas, retirez-le
vers le haut jusqu'à
ce qu'il débloque
des ouvertures
et onglets latéraux
situé sur le
dessus de la
balayeuse. (Fig. 9)

3. When the sweeper on/off switch is depressed the sweeper will slowly come up to
speed. This is done to optimize the life of all components of the sweeper and is
normal.
4. When first started, the sweeper will start in the highest speed "III" to prevent
overloading the unit when starting on heavy carpets. Other speeds can then be
selected by depressing the speed selector switch.
5. For best cleaning performance, use speed "I" (low) on hard surfaces, speed "II"
(medium) on low carpets/rugs, and use speed "III" (high) on deeper carpets.
These are guide lines and you will find the optimum speed settings for your
surfaces and debris to be picked up through use and experience.
6. The sweeper will automatically try to maintain speeds on all surfaces. The unit
may appear to be pulsing during use to maintain it's speed, this is normal. If this
occurs, please select the next highest speed to gain optimum performance.
7. To protect your sweeper and it's components, the sweeper is provided with an
electronic overload circuit. If something were to jam or overload the brush bar
system, the unit's speed indicators will flash and the unit will stop operating, this
is normal. If this occurs, please switch the unit off, clear the obstruction from the
brush bar and then depress On/Off switch to start sweeper again.

NOTE: If, when you place the sweeper to recharge and the charging
indicator light does NOT illuminate, then press the On/Off button
once to turn the sweeper off. The charging indicator light should
now light up.
NOTE:
IMPORTANT:
• Use only with the battery pack supplied with the unit. (Item # XBP615)
• Do not attempt to remove the battery pack from the unit to charge it.

• Never attempt to throw the battery pack or unit into a fire or incinerate it.
• Do not attempt to remove or damage the battery casing.
• Battery must be recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations
at the end of it's service life. Please consult your Yellow Pages or local
recycling center for more information.
STORING THE CORDLESS SWEEPER
Your cordless sweeper may be stored by using the slot on the back of the upper
handle and hanging it from a screw secured to a wall or other vertical surface. Use
a #6 flat or pan head screw with the appropriate hardware for the surface that the
sweeper will be mounted on, (i.e. gyproc). Allow the screw head to extend a
approximately 3/16" from the mounting surface. Always empty your sweeper before
hanging up for storage.
Peak performance may only be realized after the unit has been
charged and discharged two (2) or three (3) times.
To maintain peak performance of your cordless sweeper, it is
recommended that the unit be fully discharged, then
completely re-charged at least once a month.
