Menu Styles

Your phone can display the various features and options in one of three different
menu styles:
Note: Key commands for the first menu level in the List style differ from those in
this guide. For more information on changing the menu style between Grid style 1,
Grid style 2, and List style, see "Changing the Phone's Menu Style" on page 27.
Grid style 1
Grid style 1 displays the first level menu choices with static graphical icons
arranged in a grid pattern. As you navigate through the menu, menu options are
highlighted. You can use the navigation key to scroll through menus quickly and
easily.

To navigate through a first level menu,
simply press the navigation key in the
direction of your desired menu choice. The
menu choice is highlighted and a text label
is displayed. Once the desired menu option
is highlighted, press

You can also press the number
corresponding to the menu choice.
For example, if you want to view your last
incoming call:

Grid style 2
Grid style 2 displays the first level menu choices with animated graphical icons
arranged in the same grid pattern as Grid style 1. As you navigate through the
menu, menu options are highlighted. You can use the navigation key to scroll
through menus quickly and easily.

To navigate through a first level menu, simply press the navigation key in
the direction of your desired menu choice. The highlighted menu choice is
enlarged and a text label is displayed. Once the desired menu option is
