pause, recording, or playback.

4. MENU / STORE / EDIT
Menu is acccessed in stop-mode(when the audio is stopped) by
pushing the MENU button. The MENU button will let you change
recording and playback parameters, such as changing inputs.
-STORE Push the STORE button while in preset menu to write menu
changes and return to stop mode.
-EDIT Accessed in stop-mode by pushing and holding down the
SHIFT button, and then pushing the MENU/EDIT button. Edit will let
you erase tracks and EDL marks.
5. COPY / USB
Push and hold the USB button while you turn on the POWER switch
6. DISPLAY / LOCK
7. LIGHT
Activates display light
8. PLAY / PAUSE / ENTER
9. TRACK SKIP
11. SHIFT Push and hold SHIFT button to activate other functions
12. DISPLAY Labels, icons, and alphanumeric messages on the
display.

  • Page 2 Before recording you need to format the CF card. This will erase any previously recorded tracks and prepares it for use in the Marantz. (If the CF card is formatted other than FAT16 or FAT 32 please format in your computer).
