how do I open the cd drive
To open the CD drive on an HP computer:
1. Make sure the computer is powered on.
2. Locate the CD/DVD drive, usually on the right side or front panel.
3. Press the eject button on the drive or on the front panel to open it.
4. If the drive does not open, use File Explorer:
- Open "This PC"
- Right-click the CD/DVD drive
