Sixth Service 5000km— UNO 50cc 2 Stroke
Check all lights, horn and switches for proper function.
Inspect battery and clean terminals.
Inspect and clean spark plug, replace if necessary.
Inspect brake system, check brake fluid level.
Adjust rear drum brake.
Replace drive belt.
Change air cleaner filter.
Replace gear oil.
Replace pulse air filter.
Inspect muffler catalyst.
NOTES:
Inspect fuel line.
Check and correct tire pressure and visually inspect
for damage.
Check and tighten all external nuts, bolts and screws.
Visually inspect scooter for leaks and damage.
Top off 2 stroke oil.
Adjust and clean carburetor as necessary.
Road test the scooter.
Document service completion.
Clean scooter before delivery.
