CHECK ENGINE OIL - 4 Stroke 150cc engine only
The oil level should be checked every time the scooter is refueled. This is especially important
during the break in period (first 1000 km).
1. Park the scooter on a level surface on the center stand
and wait for at least 5 minutes after the engine has
been switched off.
2. Take out the oil dipstick and wipe it clean.
3. Insert the dipstick into the oil hole on crankcase for
three seconds.
4. Take out the dipstick and check the oil level. If it is near
to the lower level, refill engine oil to upper level.
NOTES:
Add oil of the same kind as already used.

The oil screen filter should be cleaned or replaced at every oil change.

CAUTION
For proper maintenance of your engine, check the engine oil level every 500km. Not checking
the oil level regularly can result in serious engine damage if the oil level becomes too low. Be
sure the oil level is maintained between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick. Low oil level
can cause internal damage to the engine and overfilling can result in high oil consumption. The
oil should preferably be checked when cold, before the engine has been started.
