    Place front panel between legs. Hook the slots to the preassembled #10-24x3/8’’ machine screws. Tighten the screws. Front panel Turn assembly upside down and place on cardboard to prevent scratching of paint. Insert axle rod through wheels. Secure with wheel bushing and hitch pin. Push wheel assembly down until the axle bolt is locked securely by the clips on bottom of left leg.
