    Configuration and Setup Enable support for multiple vCenters Avamar for VMware image backup and restore supports protecting up to 5 vCenters from a single Avamar server. Beginning with Avamar 6.0, support for multiple vCenters is enabled by default during new Avamar server software installations. However, if your Avamar server was upgraded to from the previous version, you might need to perform the following manual configuration in order to enable support for multiple vCenters.
