Major function keys

KEYS
DISPLAY RANGE
START / PAUSE
Starts / Pause the treadmill.
STOP
Stop the treadmill.
PROG.
When the treadmill is stopped, press this button to select an exercise program:
(PROGRAM)
P1 > P2 > P3 > P4 > P5 > P6 > Body Fat Program > P0 (Manual Mode)
MODE
During P0 (Manual Mode), press this button to select a count down mode:
Time Mode > Distance Mode > Calorie Mode
• In exercise mode, press this key to increase speed by 1KM/H.
SPEED +
• In setting mode, press this button to increase the setting value.
• In exercise mode, press this key to decrease speed by 1KM/H.
SPEED -
• In setting mode, press this button to decrease the setting value.
INCLINE +
In exercise mode, press this key to increase incline by 1%.
INCLINE -
In exercise mode, press this key to decrease incline by 1%.
QUICK SPEED
3 Speed Hot Keys: 3 > 6 > 9 KPH
Use these keys to jump directly to the correspondent speed.
QUICK INCLINE
3 Incline Hot Keys: 3 > 6 > 9 %
