CPU Cooling Fan After you have seated the CPU properly on the processor, attach the 3-pin fan cable to the CPUFAN connector on the Motherboard. Step 17. Power Button Enable (JP8) Your system can be power on by either pressing a power button or typing in a password, which can be set in the BIOS SOYO COMBO Setup. To avoid being unable to power up the system due to of forgetting the password, you can place a jumper cap to short JP8.

This Motherboard does not use any hardware jumpers to set the CPU frequency. Instead, CPU settings are software configurable with the BIOS [SOYO COMBO SETUP]. The [SOYO COMBO SETUP] menu combines the main parameters that you need to configure, all in one menu, for a quick setup in BIOS.
