Support
Pulseway support is divided into two types:
Community Support – is offered by the community at the Pulseway's forums.
Technical Support – is handled by our support agents and consists of remote support
for installation, configuration and troubleshooting during normal office hours 9am-
5pm BST Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Technical support requires the
purchase of technical support incidents (TSIs). Enterprise servers have bundled TSIs.
