6.3 – Playback of Recordings on the DVR
Recordings that have been made on the DVR can be viewed on a computer via the browser interface.

1. Click the "Playback" icon on the menu bar.
2. Choose the required camera from the list.
3. Select which event type you would like to view, as well as the dates and times to restrict the search to.
4. Press the "Search" button. The search results will be displayed in the log window (5).
5. From here you can double click an item to load it into the main window and use the transport controls (7) to
play, pause, fast forward and rewind the video.
6. Choose a location to store video files to on your computer, then click the "Save" icon to transfer the selected
files from the DVR.
7. Use the transport buttons to control video playback.
8. Take a snapshot or start recording to your computer's HDD using these controls (please note, depending on
your operating system's security settings, these functions may not work).
