Problem
Treadmill does not
work
Suddenly stop
Button key no function
SYMPTOM CAUSE
1.Bad communication
E1 between
the console and the control
board

Bad connection of the motor
E2 wiring
No speed signal: there is
E3 electricity to the motor, but
there is no signal from the
motor speed more than
3seconds.
Possible cause
a .no connect to power supply
b. safety switch not insert
c .transformer is not good
d. the wiring set is burnt
a .safety key off
b. system problem
a. button key is bad
b .all button have no function
Corrective action
Plug into socket
Insert safety switch in monitor
Check the transformer
Check the wring set
Put on the safety key
Amend by the technical
Change the button
a. change the button board
b. change the console board
c. change the console
SOLUTION
The treadmill can't work and not switch on. Computer
show E1, and cause warning sound.
Cause：Bad connection between controller and
computer, check the wiring between the console and
the stand post，if the wiring is bad, change the wiring .
The treadmill can't work and not switch on。Computer
show E2, other places no showing and cause warning
sound 9 times. Stop the treadmill; and it returns to the
normal appearance, it can start again.
Cause：Check the motor wiring and whether there is
bad smell of the controller, if yes, change the
controller.
