Adding a shortcut via the Add to Home screen
Press
to activate the Home screen.

Touch and hold on an empty area of the Home screen.

From the Add to Home screen window tap Shortcuts.

Tap a selection from the available list:

• Applications
• Bookmark
• Contact
• Direct message
• Directions & Navigation
• Email
• Gmail label
• Latitude
• Settings
Follow the on-screen instructions to add the new shortcut to

your current Home screen.
Deleting a shortcut
Press
to activate the Home screen.

Touch and hold the desired shortcut. This unlocks it from its

location on the current screen.

Drag the icon over the Remove tab

As you place the shortcut into the Trash, the shortcut turns red.
Note: This action does not delete the shortcut application, it just removes the
shortcut icon from the current screen.
Adding and Removing Widgets
Widgets are self-contained applications that reside in either your
Applications tab or on the main or extended Home screens. Unlike
a shortcut, the Widget appears as an on-screen application.
Note: To move a Widget from one screen to another, it must first be deleted
from its current screen. Activate the new screen, then add the Widget.
Adding a Widget
Press
to activate the Home screen.

Navigate to the desired Home Page.
2.
Touch and hold on an empty area of the screen.
3.
From the Add to Home screen window tap Widgets.
4.
Tap an available Widget to place it on your current screen.

• Choices include AccuWeather Clock.Analog clock, Calendar, Daily
Briefing, Feeds and Updates, Google Search, Home screen tips,
Latitude, Market, News and Weather, Picture frame, Power control,
Program Monitor, Y! Finance Clock, YouTube.
