Fuel Valve
The fuel valve is located on the carburetor. When the valve lever is in the ON
position, fuel is allowed to flow from the fuel tank to the carburetor. Be sure
to return the lever to OFF after stopping the engine.

Choke Lever
The choke lever is used to provide proper starting mixture when the engine
is cold. It can be opened and closed by operating the valve lever manually.
Turn the lever out toward CLOSE to enrich the mixture.
