Sideburner
□ Unscrew and remove two front screws holding sideburner in place. (A). Note: Do not loosen
electrode screw.
□ Loosen side burner in side shelf. (B)
□ Remove knob and bezel from sideburner control valve. To remove, pull knob straight out from valve
stem. Unscrew bezel from valve face and set the two screws aside.
□ Insert valve stem through hole in fascia. (C)
□ Place sideburner tube over the valve, making sure that valve is inside sideburner tube. (D)
□ Attach bezel to fascia and valve face with previously removed 2 screws. (E)
□ Push control knob onto sideburner valve stem. (F)
□ Reattach sideburner to sideburner shelf with the 2 previously removed screws and washers. Replace
sideburner grate. (G)
□ Insert the small tips of the four main control panel wires into four of the five module sockets. Insert the
small tip of the sideburner wire into the fifth socket. For the other wire with larger tips, attach the
two-wire tip to the module bare terminal. Attach the other tip to the terminal on top of the sideburner
control valve. (H)
□ Unscrew igniter cap from control panel. Insert (1) AA battery (provided in blister pack) into battery
slot with positive end (+) facing outward. Screw igniter cap back onto panel. (I)
