    3.2 Screen 3.2.1 Sleep Mode On the Sleep Mode screen, you can set the idle duration after which eSpace 8850 automatically turns off the backlight and enters sleep mode. eSpace 8850 wakes up immediately when you pick up the handset, tap the screen, press any key, or when there is an incoming call.

    User Manual 3 Setting eSpace 8850 Tap the Sleep after drop-down list box and set the idle duration after which eSpace 8850 enters the sleep mode. Tap the Screen saver time drop-down list box and set the idle duration after which eSpace 8850 opens the screen saver.

    Tap the screen to save the settings. 3.6 Output Standard eSpace 8850 provides a video output interface, which can be used to connect to an external device (such as a TV) for the purpose of displaying videos. Different external devices use different output standards.

    4.4.3 Switching to the Headset Mode If a headset is connected to eSpace 8850, you can switch to the headset mode during a call. To switch to the headset mode, tap .eSpace 8850 enters the headset mode, and the button is highlighted.

    In night mode, the brightness of the remote video decreases. To return the day mode, tap eSpace 8850 takes about 3 seconds to adjust the screen brightness when you switch among the day and night modes. During the period, the screen will not respond to any touch operations.
