Making a Call on the Corporate Directory Screen
If eSpace 8850 is connected to a network and the corporate directory is configured, you can
make a call on the Corporate Directory screen.

4.2.4 Making a Call Using eSpace Desktop

If you want to operate eSpace 8850 on eSpace Desktop, the collaboration function must be
enabled on eSpace Desktop, and eSpace 8850 must be connected to eSpace Desktop. For

You can switch from a voice call to a video call on eSpace 8850.

From the home screen, tap
Tap the search box, enter a contact's name, and tap
more contacts meet the search criteria are displayed.

Searching the corporate directory requires a network connection. The response time depends on the
network speed.

If the contact has only one number, the call is directly made to the contact. If the contact
has multiple numbers, you can tap a number to make the call.
From the home screen, tap
The Missed screen is displayed by default.

On eSpace Desktop, search for a contact in the personal or corporate directory.
Click next to the contact to make the call.
