    SIDE OPENING DOOR FEATURES The door in side opening models has been designed with some additional features for the best performance of your oven. Firstly the door has three layers of glass to keep the heat in the oven and maximise energy whilst keeping the door outer as cool as possible.

    USAGE USING YOUR OvEN Understanding your oven functions Your oven will have a selection of the following functions; description and touch control symbol illustrated below. Refer to “Description of your appliance” (page 5) to confirm what functions are available to you. Function 4 Base Heat LARGE OvEN Heat comes from the element below the food. The element is controlled by the thermostat and will turn on and off to maintain the set temperature.
