OPERATION

TURNING POWER ON/OFF AND
SELECTING THE ALERT
The power switch ( ) on the side of your pager

slides to turn power on or off and set the alert type
(beep or vibrate).
To turn on the pager and have it vibrate when you re-
ceive a page, set the switch to so the pager vibrates

and displays (the silent standby display).
[ On ]
To turn on the pager and have it beep when you re-
ceive a page, set the switch to so the pager beeps

and displays and ----- On ----- (the audible standby
display).
To turn off the pager, set the switch to so the display

goes blank.
