CANNOT RECORD CHECK THE CARD
- There is a problem with the memory card.

- The camcorder's built-in memory was initialized using a computer. Initialize the built-in memory with this
camcorder

32).
CANNOT RECORD MOVIES ON THIS CARD
- Movies cannot be recorded on a memory card with a capacity of 64 MB or less.

- The memory card in the camcorder was initialized using a computer. Initialize the memory card with this

CARD FULL
- The memory card is full. Erase some recordings (CO 43,65) to free some space or replace the memory card.

- The memory card already contains 3,999 scenes (the maximum number of scenes); no further scenes can be
copied onto the memory card. Delete some recordings (CO 43) to free some space.
CARD UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE THE DATA
- The memory card contains scenes recorded in a different television system (PAL or SECAM).
CHANGE THE BATIERY PACK
- Battery pack is exhausted. Replace or charge the battery pack
(CO
19).
CHECK THE CARD
- Cannot access the memory card. Check the memory card and make sure it is inserted correctly
(CO
31).
- A memory card error occurred. The camcorder cannot record or display the image.
- If after the message disappears,
Od
appears in red, perform the following: Turn off the camcorder and
remove and reinsert the memory card. If
Od
turns back to green you can resume recording/playback.
- Initialize the memory card (CO 32). (Doing so will erase all the recordings on the memory card.)
CONNECT THE COMPACT POWER ADAPTER
- When the camcorder is in
PlfJ
mode and is connected to the computer, this message will appear if the
camcorder is being powered by the battery pack. Connect the compact power adapter to the camcorder.
COULD NOT ADD TO PLAYLIST
- The playlist cannot contain more than 100 hours of scenes.
CARD INITIALIZE USING ONLY THE CAMCORDER
- There is a problem that prevents accessing the memory card. Initialize the memory card with this camcorder
(CO
32).
LCD SCREEN HAS BEEN DIMMED
- Hold [6Tsp~'1 pressed down for 2 seconds or more.
MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO RECORD MOVIES ON THIS CARD
- You may not be able to record movies on a memory card without a Speed Class rating. Replace the memory
card with one rated Speed Class 2 or higher.
