All processor spare part kits include thermal paste.
Description
Intel Core Duo T7300 2.0-GHz processor (4 MB of L2 cache)
Intel Core Duo T7100 1.8-GHz processor (2 MB of L2 cache)
Before removing the processor, follow these steps:
Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the

computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
