KEY FEATURES: Pulsed Proportional Stimulus: Our unique Pulsed Proportional Stimulus System is what makes the HC-7000 system stand apart from all other systems made. A computer chip inside the RC-7 receiver collar actually detects the distance of your pet from the boundary wire by measuring the relative radio signal strength. - Page 5 The tone will drain the battery and stop when the battery runs down, letting the animal know it is now safe to escape!)
