- Page 3 Installation Important: Do not connect the adapter to your computer until you have installed the product driver. 1. Insert the CD that came with the product into your computer’s CD drive. If your computer does not have a CD drive, you can download the product drivers at www.tripplite.com/support. 2. Locate the driver applicable to your computer’s operating system and run it. 3. Follow the installation prompts that appear. 4. When the installation is finished, plug the USB connector on the adapter into an available USB port on your computer. Upon connecting the adapter to your computer, the device driver will finish installing. 5. You may be required to restart your computer to complete the installation. 6. Connect the Ethernet port on the adapter to your LAN port using a Cat5e/6 cable. Warranty and Warranty Registration 1-Year Limited Warranty TRIPP LITE warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase.
