Broom Disassembly
1. Use a 1/8-inch allen wrench to loosen the set screws on the pillow block bearing opposite the 45-tooth
sprocket. Remove the pillow'block bearing.
2. Remove the bolts from the end plate and remove the end plate.
3. Slide off half the brushes and wafer spacers. Support the tri-core center open end, and slide the
remaining brushes and wafer spacers to the open side. Then remove the support and remove the
remaining brushes and wafer spacers from the tri-core center.
