TRANSPORTING

Move the blade control lever to OFF when transporting, or when the sweeper is not in use.
Read the TRANSPORTING chapter of the mid-size commercial mower owner's manual.

STORAGE

1. Never store the unit with fuel in the fuel tank inside a building where open flames or sparks are
present. Allow the engine to cool before storing in an enclosure.
2. Clean the broom thoroughly.
3. Lubricate all moving parts as shown in the maintenance chapter.
4. Store broom so the bristles do not touch the ground.
5. When not in use, store inside to avoid exposing broom bristles to direct sunlight for long periods. Long
exposure to direct sunlight will damage the bristles. Protect bristles with a tarp.
6. Store the broom in a dry place. Do not cover with sheet plastic or other material which will trap
moisture.
