The Honeywell HCC485LX colour camera is ideally suited for use in day-to-day
surveillance applications. Designed for value, the HCC485LX saves time and
money with easy installation and reliable performance. Its off-the-shelf feature set
is developed for high-picture quality in standard applications and requires little to
no adjustment once installed.
The HCC485LX supports direct-drive and drive-style Auto Iris lenses to ensure
quality video even in fluctuating light conditions. Regardless of lens type,
attaching a lens to the camera is simple with a built-in C/CS mounting ring and
four-pin Auto Iris connector standard. A 2-pin appliance coupler and matching
cord set provide reliable power connection, saving installation and maintenance
time.
The HCC485LX includes an automatic electronic shutter for changes in light level,
and an automatic backlight compensation option for viewing objects in the
foreground with bright light in the background. A manual exposure mode can be
used for applications, such as machine vision, that require a constant shutter
speed at all times. The HCC485LX produces 480 TV lines of resolution to provide
reliable video quality even in low-light conditions down to 0.40 lux.
