Low battery or the
battery was not
installed properly .
The microSD card has
not been inserted or
formatted properly,
or the memory is full .
Connection failure
Using the wrong
type of battery .
SOlutION
Replace or install
the battery properly .
Insert a microSD card .
Download the pictures already
on the card to your computer .
Format the microSD card
following the instructions on
page 5 .
. Make sure the Scanner is
compatible with your computer
operating system . Make sure
all cable connections are secure .
Restart the computer if
necessary .
Replace batteries with
2 new AA alkaline batteries .
