To correctly toast bread, place the slices as shown in the figure to
the side, that is, leaving 2cm of free space at the ends of the wire
rack.
FOR TOASTING BREAD ONLY: preheat the oven for 2-3 minutes with
the door ajar (as shown in the figure 4)
