Questions and answers
My opener shows off line and both the remote door opener and actual opener do not have any lights on. Do I need to replace the batteries>
The myQ® garage door opener may need a new battery if the device is not functioning properly. However, the document only mentions battery replacement for the myQ® door sensor, which uses a CR2450 coin cell battery. If both the remote and the opener have no lights on, the issue could be due to a dead battery in the remote or a power issue with the opener itself. Testing or replacing the battery in the remote and checking the opener's power source would help determine the cause.
