If you lose voice navigation in your Chevrolet Equinox maps, you can try the following steps:
1. Restart Navigation: Press the "Go" button on the navigation screen after the call ends to resume driving directions. 2. Repeat Last Direction: Say "Repeat" after pressing the OnStar button to hear the last direction given. 3. Re-download Directions: If necessary, request directions again through OnStar and follow the voice-guided commands. 4. Cancel and Restart Route: If navigation is not responding correctly, cancel the route by pressing the OnStar button and saying "Cancel route," then re-enter the destination.
If the issue persists, consider checking for system updates or contacting a dealer for further assistance.
