2 Getting Started
The Close Programs dialog box displays. You have

several options:
•
You can end specific programs you are running.
Highlight the programs you want to close and click
End Task. You will lose any unsaved information in
the programs you choose to close.

You can shut down the entire system. Click Shut
Down, and Windows 95 begins its normal shut down
procedure.
•
You can press <Ctrl+Alt+Del> to reboot the system.
This shuts down all programs you have running and
restarts your laptop. You will lose any unsaved
information in all programs that are running.
