Begin mixing at low speed, " l ". If desired, high
speed " ll " can be used for the final stage of
mixing.

While mixing, the cup can be removed from the
support and moved around to achieve more
thorough blending. You may find it easier to tilt
and hold the mixing head while blending. Make
sure the mixing wand is always immersed while
in use.

When mixing is complete, set the control switch to " O ". Remove the mixing cup
and pour the mixture into desired serving container.
A small amount of smoke and/or odor may occur upon use due to the
release of manufacturing oils – this is normal.
Some minor expansion/contraction sounds may occur during use – this is
normal.
The Milk Shake Maker can also be used to mix thin batters and eggs.
Do not use whole fruits when mixing. Mashed or pureed fruits work best in the Milk
Shake Maker.
Always add any syrups or powders last to prevent them sinking to the bottom of the
blending cup.
For best results, ensure that all ingredients are as cold as possible before mixing.
Drinks made with ice cold milk will mix thicker and frothier than if warmer milk is
used.
This appliance cannot crush ice. If you wish to make a drink with ice, use ice that has
already been crushed.

With the control switch set to " O ", unplug the appliance from the outlet.

Tilt the mixing head back and remove the mixing wand by gently pulling it out of
the mixing head.

Wash the mixing wand and cup in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher.
If needed, wipe the mixing head with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive

head in water or any other liquid.
