The options are:

Send by MMS: allows you to send the photo by MMS (see the Messages menu).
Sending a photo in high resolution format may be more expensive than in mobile format. For more information, contact
your operator.

New...: allows you to take a new photo,

Editor: various options to modify a photo (see chapter Multimedia/Pictures).

Rename: allows you to modify the name of a photo,
-
Add to contact: allows you to assign a picture to a contact saved in the phonebook.
Select one of the options with the
Camera
keys and validate.
