Put vegetables, such as sliced courgette,
pieces of pepper, sliced aubergine,
mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into
deep pan. Brush with a mixture of olive
oil, herbs and spices.

a black metal rectangular baking dish
(length 25 cm).
The first setting is for white bread (0.7-

0.9kg) is for wholemeal bread.
