ALARM TONE
Phone on
When the alarm activates, the phone sounds a tone, Alarm! flashes, and the current
time appears in the display. The alarm continues for one minute, then stops. After
10 minutes, the alarm sounds again.
Press Stop to stop the alarm.
OR
Press Snooze. The alarm stops for about ten minutes and then resumes.
Phone off
The phone switches on and starts sounding the alarm tone. If you press Stop, the
message Switch the phone on? appears, asking if you want to activate the phone
for calls. Press No to switch off the phone or Yes to make and receive calls.
Note: Do not press Yes when wireless phone use is prohibited or when it
may cause interference or danger.
Calendar
The calendar helps you to keep track of reminders, calls that you need to make,
meetings, and birthdays.
Press Menu and select Organizer and Calendar.
Tip: To quickly view the current calendar month, move the joystick to the
right in the start screen.
Scroll to the day you want. The current day is indicated by a frame around the day.
If there are any notes set for the day, the day appears in bold type. To view the day
notes, press Options and select View day.
To view a single note, scroll to the note you want to view, press Options, then select
View. The note view allows you to view the details of the selected note. You can
scroll through the note.
CALENDAR VIEW OPTIONS
Options for making a note, sending a note using IR, sending as a note directly
to another phone's calendar, sending as a text message.
Options for deleting, editing, moving, and repeating a note and for copying a
note to another day.
Settings to set the date, time, date, time format, or the first day of the week.
In the Auto-delete option you can set the phone to delete old notes automatically
after a specified time. However, the repeated notes, for example, birthday notes,
will not be deleted.
