removing Scanner Jams
• If a Scanner jam occurs, do not remove the paper by simply pulling on the paper, this may
damage the scanner.
• Use the following 4 simple steps to remove paper from the scanner document feeder:
1. Locate the scanner
document feeder door.
3.
Turn the green tractor
wheel with one hand
while pulling the paper
with the other hand.
2. Open the door.
Locate the green tractor
wheel on the left side of
the document feeder.
4.
Once the paper is
removed, close the door
and try scanning again.
