Battery compartment cover
The BR-80 can operate on two commercially
available AA alkaline batteries or
rechargeable nickel-metal hydride
batteries.
* The BR-80 cannot recharge nickel-metal
hydride batteries.

GUITAR/MIC select switch
Depending on the device that's connected
to the GUITAR/MIC IN jack, set this to
the guitar (high impedance device) or
microphone (low impedance device)
position.

Memory card slot
Open this cover and insert an SD card.
The BR-80 is shipped from the factory with
the included SD card inserted.
This SD card contains song data, rhythm
data, the USB driver, eBand Song List Editor,
and BR Series Wave Converter.
* Before you use the BR-80, you should
make a backup of the included SD card.
For details on how to make a backup,
refer to "Saving Data on Your Computer"
(p. 107).
