Modem Indicator Lights
The front of the modem contains the modem indicator lights. These are shown
below:
These LED (or Light Emitting Diode) indicators report modem status. They are
(from left to right):
Off Hook (OH)
Data Transfer (DX)
Modem Ready (MR)

On when the modem is off the hook
On when the modem is receiving (or sending) data
On when the modem is properly connected to the com-
puter
