If the Russell Hobbs 12591 coffee machine turns on with a green light but does not brew coffee and water does not pass through the tube, possible problems could include:
1. Clogged Filter or Tube – Grease or sediment buildup in the filter, filter holder, or water tube may block water flow. Ensure these parts are clean. 2. Insufficient Water in the Reservoir – Check if the water reservoir is filled with fresh cold water up to the required level. 3. Damaged or Malfunctioning Machine – If the machine is damaged or malfunctioning, it should not be used. 4. Heater or Pump Failure – If the heating element or pump is faulty, water may not circulate. In this case, the machine may need servicing.
Cleaning the machine thoroughly and ensuring proper water levels may resolve the issue. If the problem persists, the coffee maker may need repair or replacement.
