12. Situate the PEDAL SUPPORT under the main unit so that PEDALS are facing
back towards the SEAT and the holes in the MAIN UNIT'S bracket line up with
the bolt holes on the PEDAL SUPPORT. Use 2 Bolts (25), 2 Flat Washers (13)
and 2 nuts (26) to secure and tighten with the WRENCH (L13-L17).
13. Push the ROUND NUT COVERS (27) over both NUTS (26).
