Problem:
Sensor will not activate .
Solution:
• Make sure Settings knob is not on
• Slowly turn the Settings knob to a different setting to reset the sensor .
• Make sure your hand or bowl is directly under the chute .
• Batteries may be exhausted . Replace the batteries .
• The adapter may not be plugged in . Check the adapter connection .
• Turn off the unit and gently wipe the sensor with a damp cloth .
• When the adapter is plugged into the jack, the batteries are over-ridden .
Make sure the adapter is not plugged into CandyMan's jack if using
batteries to power the unit .
Problem:
Sensor is activating when no hand or bowl is under the chute .
Solution:
There may be debris on the sensor . Turn off the unit and gently wipe the sensor
with a damp cloth .
