and e xtends t o t he o riginal p urchaser, o r g ift r ecipient. T his w arranty b ecomes v alid a t t he t ime o f p urchase a nd
terminates e ither b y t he s pecified t ime f rame l isted a bove a nd/or o wner t ransfer ( unless o therwise a uthorized b y
LIFESMART, a s t he m anufacturer). A ny e xtended w arranties ( warranties t hat c over a bove a nd b eyond t his
manufacturer w arranty) t hat a re s old t hrough a r etailer o r t hird p arty, a re n ot d irectly c orrelated w ith t his

department. T he p urchaser w ill b e r esponsible t o p repay a ny s hipping c harges ( both w ays), e xport t axes, c ustom
duties a nd t axes, o r a ny o ther c harges a ssociated w ith t he t ransportation o f t he u nit. I n a ddition, t he p urchaser i s
