Display Messages and Troubleshooting (continued)
To make sure the display is working
properly, turn off the meter, then
press and hold down
complete display. All the sections
should be clear and should look
exactly like the display as shown. If
not, call the ACCU-CHEK Customer
Care Service Center at
1-800-858-8072.
This reading may not be
accurate because the test was
performed outside the proper
temperature range for the
system, 50 to 104ºF. Results are
displayed at temperatures within
41 to 113ºF.

The temperature is below or above
the proper range for the meter, below
41 or above 113ºF. Move to an area
between 50 and 104ºF, wait
30 minutes or more and repeat the
test. Do not artificially heat or cool the
meter.
This can be shown three different
ways: E20 and the temperature
symbol together, E20 without the
temperature symbol, or the
temperature symbol without E20.
