Too much fuel:
If the cylinder is flooded with fuel, the plug cannot
ignite as it is wet with fuel. Wipe the plug and dry it.
Remove excessive fuel from the cylinder by turning
the engine with the spark plug removed. After replac-
ing the plug, the engine should start properly.
