DRIVE TRACK
Deflection Check
NOTE:
Be sure the track is rotated several
turns and placed on a level surface
before checking.
Measure the tracks vertical deflec-
tion by adding 5 kg (11 Ib) of force
at the center of track.
CD Deflection
~ 5 kg (11 Ib) force
Standard Track Deflection:
YS624TM

(0.43 - 0.63 in)
If the deflection exceeds specified,
adjust the deflection.
Track Adjustment
1. Loosen the adjuster locknuts.
2. Turn the adjusters in or out un-
til proper track deflection is
achieved.

Tighten the locknuts.

LUBRICATION
NOTE:
Use the grease or oil (SAE 5W30) for
lubrication.
1. Lubricate the control rods as
shown.
2. Remove the under plate and
lubricate the transmission shaft
as shown.
Do not grease shaft excessively
as excess grease may be thrown
onto drive wheels.
3. Install the
under plate.
