In both cases the controls are The On/Off switch supplies power to the remote control located inside the door panel on the lower portion of the receiver. -

Remote Control Initialization/Reprogramming CAUTION: If you need to continuously reset the heater, There are two different remote controls depending on the disconnect power and call Dimplex customer service at age of your model. Follow these steps for remote control 1-888-DIMPLEX (1-888-346-7539). -

To remove the flicker rod attach needle nose pliers to Figure 8 the spring on the motor shaft and pull while rotating in the opposite direction of the spring winding. Properly orient the new flicker motor and connect all of the wiring clips and connections. -
